Jeffrey Gibbs is a member of the Greater Worcester Board of Realtors®, Massachusetts Association of Realtors® and the National Association of Realtors®. Jeff has recently completed coursework to earn the ABR®, Accredited Buyer Representative designation. This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council of the National Association of Realtors® who meet specified educational and practical experience criteria. He also has completed the courses and successfully passed the Massachusetts Broker License exam.
Utilizing his marketing experience, Jeff specializes in the marketing, selling, and purchasing of residential homes in the Greater Worcester area, with an emphasis in the Wachusett Region of Holden, Paxton, Rutland, Princeton and Sterling.
Jeff, a nationally recognized top sales performer, has over 19 years of sales experience. In addition, he was elected to and served a 3-year term on the Wachusett Regional School Committee. Currently he serves as President of the Cool Sandy Beach Community Water System, providing water to residents in the town of Rutland. He has held this position since the company’s inception in 1997. In this capacity, he has interfaced with government agencies to secure funding for much needed improvements as well as securing a knowledge of drinking water standards. He has held this position since the company’s inception in 1997. For his efforts on behalf of the Cool Sandy Beach Community Water System, Jeff is the recipient of the 2007 Good Neighbor Award presented by the Massachusetts Association of Realtors.
A 1986 graduate of Bryant University, Smithfield, RI, he holds a BS in Management.
Raised in Auburn, Jeff has been a proud Rutland resident since 1991 where he lives with his wife Christy and their 4 children.
